Prime Day is coming back... in June!
Early rumors from Bloomberg reports indicated that Amazon would shift its deal event up to June from its traditional July slot, and in early May, Amazon confirmed that Prime Day will indeed return in June, though it did not confirm any specific dates.

Here's what we know so far about Amazon's June Prime Day event.
Is Prime Day earlier this year?
Yes, Amazon announced the return of a June Prime Day on April 30, which confirmed early reports from Bloomberg and hits on Amazon's own seller central platform. Prime Day is moving from July to June this year.
Ahead of the April memo, Amazon's Seller Central page outlined that early deal submissions for the event began as early as March 24, 2026. Final deal submissions are slated for May 26. Since Amazon typically announces its sales dates about a month out from its start, I anticipate that Prime Day 2026 will fall around the end of June.
