Earlier this month, analyst Jeff Pu shared a report that brought a lot of clarity to Apple’s iPhone plans for next year.

We’ve been expecting a unique new 20th anniversary design with:

quad-curved display for a bezel-free appearance

under-display Face ID, leaving only a hole-punch cutout or no cutout at all

Until Pu’s report, indications were that this ‘iPhone 20’ would be a brand new model in the lineup. But he claimed that the new design was actually coming to the Pro and Pro Max models in 2027.

Now, that report has been corroborated by a reputable supply chain leaker, Digital Chat Station.

In a new post on Weibo, and a follow-up reply, he affirms that Apple’s ‘iPhone 19 Pro’ line—or whatever special branding it might get—will have the quad-curved screen design that’s been previously rumored.

Per his post, the new design is going through “evaluation testing” in the mass production line.
