Why This Matters

The leaked dummy model of the upcoming iPhone Ultra in white provides a glimpse into Apple's potential design choices, highlighting consumer interest in new color options and device form factors. The device has the appearance of a rather cheap plasticky finish, hence my certainty that it’s a third-party dummy rather than the claimed prototype. It is, however, more detailed than the previous dummy units we saw last month.

We’re expecting an outer display in the 5.3 to 5.5 inch range and an unfolded inner display of 7.6 to 7.8 inches. The inner screen will be rather similar to that of an iPad mini.

CAD images and other visuals have indicated two rear cameras, which are reportedly going to be a 48MP main camera and a 48MP ultrawide. Each screen is expected to have its own front-facing camera. You can read more about expectations for the most expensive iPhone yet here.
