Apple TV’s account on X confirmed today that Zoë Kravitz has joined the cast of an upcoming movie from writer and director Megan Park (The Fallout, My Old Ass).

As The Hollywood Reporter reported last month, Apple Original Films granted the rights to the yet untitled movie when it “prevailed in the bidding war” for the project, which will be produced by LuckChap, a production company run by Margot Robbie (The Wolf of Wall Street), Tom Ackerley, Josey McNamara, and Milan Popelka.

THR said Apple granted the rights after beating out “Warner Bros., Sony, Universal as well as Amazon and Netflix,” and that Park herself will also executive produce the movie.

Apple has yet to confirm the plot of the untitled project, but THR says that it has ”tones of Adam Sandler’s Big Daddy and Julia Roberts’ Step Mom”:

The story is said to center on a woman finding out that her boyfriend has a wife and kids when they unexpectedly show up on her doorstep. Despite a situation that puts the two women at odds with each other, the protagonist finds herself thrust into a role of taking care of the kids.
