This price, down from the already-existing $1,999.99 discount, is thanks to an exclusive coupon code available to Tom's Hardware readers. You'll need to apply the FUTUREGDT2OFF coupon at checkout to bring the price down by that extra $40, however.
This is a powerful set of specs, and that $210 discount makes it one of the most affordable options for a pre-built rig with one of AMD's best processors for gaming. Given the AI boom affecting hardware prices, it's become far more expensive to buy a new rig lately, so finding any machine capable of 4K gameplay for under $1,960 isn't one you'll want to miss.
Front and center in this impressive build is its AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor. While the 7800X3D isn't quite at the very top of the food chain these days, it hasn't lost its charm, as it continues to be one of the most impressive processors out there for gamers, as AMD’s entire 3D V-Cache CPU range continues to outperform its Intel rivals. The 7800X3D comes with eight cores, and all eight can use the full 96 MB L3 cache capacity, which helps give these chips their juice. It also has a 4.2 GHz clock speed, which can boost up to 5 GHz.
As our CPU benchmark data below shows, the 7800X3D is still one of the best options to pick for a gaming PC in 2026. The power provided by AMD's X3D chips continues to be first-rate, and that extra L3 cache is making all the difference. It's rare to find an X3D chip in a gaming PC this cheap, and with the 7800X3D installed, you won't have to worry about compromising on performance with a low-performance CPU.

Joining the 7800X3D in this pre-built rig is the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070. Our RTX 5070 review praised its performance, even if issues around its price have only gotten worse since launch day. That said, the RTX 5070 is a solid, mid-tier GPU that works as a good all-rounder and makes our best GPU list as the best all-rounder Nvidia GPU for gamers from its current generation.
With the RTX 5070, you're getting a GPU equipped with 6,144 CUDA cores and 12GB of GDDR7 VRAM operating on a 192-bit memory bus. For gaming, you can expect high frame rates at 1080p, even with high to ultra graphics presets. 1440p is here, too, although expect to tweak your graphics settings in the most demanding games from time to time.
For 4K, you're going to need to take advantage of the full arsenal of features supported by this Blackwell GPU, thanks to DLSS 4 and multi-frame generation. AI frames might be a sore spot for some gamers, but it will help you to pass the 4K resolution barrier and achieve decent and playable frame rates at a more affordable price.
