For most people, this’ll be outlining one true goal of yours, outlining how you’ll make sure you don’t get distracted from it, being appreciative of something going on in life so you don’t bog yourself down, and thinking of a way you can help others. It shifts goals from being fully productivity-based to also making sure you’re consistently a strong person.
In the app, theres the things you’d normally expect from a habit tracking app, like streaks and detailed stats. Beyond that, theres a graph that outlines your consistency in each of the four areas, which you can also add as a widget to your home screen.
