GoKawiilTrying is one of those shows that, on the one hand, has a loyal fan base (it's lasted five seasons, so of course it does), and on the other hand, plenty of others have never heard of it. The show follows Nikki (Esther Smith) and Jason (Rafe Spall), a couple unable to conceive, so they set out to adopt a child. (Eventually, they adopt a pair of siblings, Princess and Tyler.)
The series returns for its fifth season, picking up where the last one left off, with Princess and Tyler's biological mother, Kat (Charlotte Riley), turning up at their home and bringing chaos with her. Scarlett Rayner, Cooper Turner, Sian Brooke and Darren Boyd all return this season. The first episode premieres on Wednesday, July 8, with new episodes dropping each Wednesday.
