Whether you're looking for buddy comedies, 19th-century adventure, or the return of familiar comfort shows, Netflix gets it. This July, the platform is giving audiences plenty to dive into.
This month, Millie Bobby Brown returns for the third time as Enola Holmes, the younger sister to sleuth Sherlock Holmes, only this time she's a bit more grown up: She's getting married. There are also tons of new comedies on the docket for this month, including a new sports series, The Hawk, starring Will Ferrell and Molly Shannon, and the new Kevin Hart-led film 72 Hours, about a middle-aged man who accidentally ends up on a bachelor party weekend with a group of men much younger than him.
July also marks the release of a Little House on the Prairie reboot, a new season of Ransom Canyon, and we'll throw in a couple of can't-miss honorable mentions. You can catch the Oscar-winning Hamnet on the platform and the fourth season of the great AMC series Dark Winds.

July 1
Netflix Enola Holmes 3 Millie Bobby Brown returns for her third outing as Enola Holmes, the younger sister of detective Sherlock Holmes, in Enola Holmes 3. Henry Cavill returns as Sherlock, and this time, he's been kidnapped, and it's up to Enola to find her missing brother somewhere on Malta. Complicating things even more is the fact that all of this is happening just as she's about to walk down the aisle and wed Lord Tewkesbury (Louis Partridge). The new film arrives on Netflix on July 1.
July 2
Netflix Survival of the Thickest (Season 3) Comedian Michelle Buteau is one of the funniest women working in Hollywood, and her series Survival of the Thickest returns to Netflix for another season. The show, about a New York City-based stylist named Mavis (Buteau) who is working on getting her career and her romantic life in order, comes back on July 2 for its final season. This season, new faces to the cast include Wanda Sykes, D.L. Hughley, Ashley Graham, Ronny Chieng, Wyatt Cenac, Jenna Lyons and Ice-T.
Netflix Human Vapor Human Vapor is a new series that's a collaboration between Korea and Japan, and is a reimagining of the haunting 1960 film The Human Vapor, about a man who is transformed into a gaseous vapor and begins a life of crime while pursued by a relentless detective. The new series consists of eight episodes that all arrive on July 2. If you're a fan of Korean hits like Train to Busan, Revelations or Hellbound, this is the show for you. It was written by Yeon Sang-ho, who directed those.
