This lawsuit could change how airlines sell window seats

The proposed class action claims travelers weren’t warned that some ‘window seats’ lacked an outside view. A federal judge in California this week tossed out a request by United Airlines to dismiss a class action lawsuit filed against the airline last year regarding its pricing of “windowless” window seats.
