Judgement intelligence is about to become the skill of the future

In the age of AI, the winners will be those who can interpret and apply information. For decades, the world of work rewarded the people with the most knowledge. The experts had the most competitive advantage. Right now, an abundance of information is changing that. And easy access means the people can make sense of knowledge faster, at the right time, and apply it to the right problems are the real winners. Don’t get me wrong. We will always need experts. But as the world increasingly depends on intelligent tools, knowing what to do with all that output, and what to ignore, is vital. It’s what will make you indispensable. I call it judgment intelligence. The ability to evaluate ideas by knowing exactly which ones to select, how to refine them, and when to reject them.
