GoKawiilApple TV today shared a first look at season two of the German dark comedy ‘Where’s Wanda?’ and confirmed its return date. Here are the details.
‘Where’s Wanda?’ Returns October 21
‘Where’s Wanda?’ premiered with little fanfare in 2024 and quickly became known as a funny, witty hidden Apple TV gem.
It follows the Klatt family, who take the search for their missing daughter into their own hands after growing frustrated with the police’s lack of progress.
Now, almost two years after the show’s first season ended its 9-episode run, Apple TV has confirmed its return for October 21 and shared a first look at the new season.
Apple TV also shared what subscribers can expect from ‘Where’s Wanda?’, season 2, but read it only if you’ve already watched season 1, as it contains spoilers about the story’s progress so far:
In season two, the Klatts (Makatsch and Stein) are back! Just as they thought their lives were finally returning to normal, their daughter, Wanda (Drinda), is caught seemingly red-handed standing over a dead body. They will need to do everything in their power to prove her innocence and avoid losing her again, as their investigation to find the real murderer takes them into the criminal underbelly of their sleepy suburban town. But will their quest to protect their family get them all out of trouble, or ultimately lead them further astray? And can they find out the truth of what happened on that fateful day before it’s too late?
