You may soon be able to create and export custom WhatsApp stickers straight from ChatGPT

OpenAI is working on a feature that allows users to export custom stickers created on ChatGPT straight into WhatsApp. Here are the details.

Depending on where you live or how old you are, you probably can’t spend a day, or even a few hours, without either sending or receiving a WhatsApp sticker.

To the uninitiated, messaging app stickers are small images that users can send in chats, much like emoji or GIFs. They’re typically organized into sticker packs and can range from custom illustrations to small, meme-like images with captions.

WhatsApp already has its own AI-powered sticker creation feature, which uses Meta AI to generate images from text prompts. Now, as spotted by Android Authority, OpenAI appears to be working on bringing a similar sticker creation feature to ChatGPT.

According to the website, the latest version of ChatGPT’s Android app includes strings related to creating, exporting, and downloading stickers. From the website:
