GoKawiilDisney’s biennial fan convention D23 is underway in Anaheim, and the entertainment giant hosted a star-studded entertainment showcase to unveil all upcoming movies and streaming shows, as well as trailers and sneak peeks of the ones we already know about.
Along with Frozen 3, The Incredibles 3, the Marvel reveals and all the Star Wars news, here are the biggest surprises and everything else announced on Friday night.
The Bluey movie: a keepy uppy teaser
A short teaser has finally been showcased for the upcoming feature film extension of the beloved Australian children’s show Bluey.
The brief trailer showed 3D-animated versions of Bluey and her sister Bingo playing their keepy uppy game, bouncing a balloon between each other until it hit the grass and they ran out of sight.
The teaser was very short, but the Bluey movie will be released a year from now, in Aug. 2027.
Creator Joe Brumm is stepping down from his role following the release of the movie, so for now, rewatching the first three seasons and the minisodes on Disney Plus is all we’ve got for the next year.
Zootopia 3 flies onto screens

It was a big day for Disney threequels as the third installment of the Zootopia franchise was a surprise announcement, coming less than a year after Zootopia 2 was released.
