GoKawiilI think you fucked up by starting with " confusion ". it gave them an out and it looks snarking in hindsight after you end the email with " Malicious at best ". You should have hit them with " Why did your agent ( unredacted name ) impersonate me to cancel a hotel reservation? Is that even legal?"
