OpenAI today announced the Admin plugin for ChatGPT Work and Codex, a new tool that lets workspace admins update settings, ask questions, and generate reports based on workspace usage and activity data.

In a demo of the new plugin, Aarti Bagul, a Member of the GTM Staff at OpenAI, shows a use case in which she is preparing for a monthly AI rollout review. She asks ChatGPT Work how adoption and credit usage have changed across teams over the past 30 days, then requests charts highlighting the biggest changes.
Over the course of the demo, she analyzes trends, asks for additional breakdowns and clarifications, approves usage requests, and eventually has ChatGPT create a presentation deck and share it to a Slack channel.
