The Reds battled back to snatch a 2-2 draw with Newcastle last weekend thanks to a Dominik Szoboszlai penalty deep into second-half injury time.
The Oliver Glasner era hasn’t gotten off to the best of starts at Forest, with the former Crystal Palace manager overseeing back-to-back defeats away at Leeds — in the Premier League last weekend, then a 2-0 midweek defeat against the Lilywhites in the Carabao Cup.
Liverpool takes on Nottingham Forest on Saturday, Aug. 29, at Anfield, with kickoff set for 12:30 p.m. BST. That makes it a 7:30 a.m. ET or 4:30 a.m. PT start in the US and Canada, and a 9:30 p.m. AEST kickoff in Australia.
