There are 16 tickets in the left-most column. You must place 4 in each quarterly column (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4).
Each quarterly column has a point target. The 4 tickets you place in a quarter's column must add up to the target.
Participants on the call each have two constraints that you must satisfy.
Win when every quarter and every stakeholder is satisfied. Your ranking is determined based on your time to complete the puzzle. Win with fewer moves for bragging rights.
