Acer has announced that it is adding a new sub-brand to the Swift lineup. This new sub-brand introduces the Swift Blade series, and the Swift Blade 14 will be the very first entry in it. Just like other models in the Swift line, the Blade 14 is designed to be light and portable. It will weigh only 799g (1.76 lbs), and it measures 12.9mm (0.51 in) thin.

Despite its slim design, it packs a fair amount of power with its Intel Core 7 processor 350. That processor is paired with 12GB of LPDDR5 memory and up to 1 TB of storage. Acer also managed to fit a 50Wh battery in that slender chassis.
