At IFA 2026, Motorola officially unveiled the Snap Wireless Charger, an accessory that recently leaked.

The idea will be instantly familiar if you’ve used Apple’s MagSafe or seen Google’s PixelSnap charger. It magnetically snaps onto the back of your phone and delivers up to 25W of wireless charging with compatible Qi2 devices. The magnets keep the charger aligned, and it works through compatible magnetic cases, too.

That means you can pick up your phone to answer a message without interrupting charging, and you won’t have to carefully line it up on a charging pad before bed.

There’s also an optional stand that the charging puck slots into, similar to Google’s Pixel Stand. That could be handy on a desk, keeping your phone upright while it charges so you can easily check notifications or control music while you work.
