That means you’ll now be able to save settings, accessories, rooms, zones, scenes, automations, and more in case anything happens. This is something that many users have been wanting for years.

The brand states that restoring saved setups will initially be available to Bridge Pro users. According to HueBlog, the backup will stay stored in the cloud for up to one year. The backup will need to be performed manually, and only one backup can be stored per Bridge at a time. However, your backup can be restored on either the same Bridge or a different one.
