Apple is expected to launch its first foldable iPhone later today (September 9), and we’ve got a rough idea of what to expect. However, a trusted source has now revealed several key details.
Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman has revealed that the foldable iPhone might actually be called the iPhone Duo. Furthermore, the device will apparently have a starting price of $2,000 for the 256GB model. Gurman says the base model’s price tag is due to Apple absorbing rising memory costs for this variant.
Want more storage? Then the iPhone Duo will apparently be available in a 2TB model that costs roughly $3,000. Otherwise, the foldable is said to ship in October in Dark Blue and White color options.

Perhaps the most surprising claim is that the iPhone Duo will support the Apple Pencil. This comes after we first heard reports that Apple had tested stylus input on its foldable phone but possibly decided against it.
