GoKawiilIt’s iOS 27 and macOS 27 Golden Gate launch day, and Fantastical is here for it. The new version released today includes support for Apple’s major new operating systems. This includes Siri integration, a new widget size, and some nice Liquid Glass updates.
Fantastical and Cardhop are ready for iOS 27 and macOS 27 Golden Gate
iOS 27 is all about Siri AI, and Fantastical delivers the integration. With Fantastical 4.2, you can ask Siri to check your calendar, create an event, or change an existing appointment.
For example, Flexibits says you can ask what your schedule looks like on October 5, then move a meeting if the timing doesn’t work. Afterwards, you can reference those conversations in the Siri app.
The new update supports larger widgets for your Home Screen or desktop as well. Fantastical’s Event List and Event List + Calendar widgets now support an extra-tall size on iOS and macOS, giving you more room to see what’s coming up.
On the Mac, Fantastical gets a refreshed Liquid Glass interface for macOS 27. The update also restores the familiar sidebar appearance.
Cardhop 2.5 joins today’s releases with larger Quick Actions and Celebrations widgets.
Both support extra-tall layouts on iOS and macOS, while extra-wide options are available on iPadOS, macOS, and visionOS.
