GoKawiil's interpretation of the reporting above, not reported fact.
These satellite events reflect how national trade agencies like KOTRA and Enterprise Ireland use major tech conferences to promote their startup ecosystems to U.S. investors and corporate partners. The complimentary passes suggest an effort by these organizations to widen access for founders who might not otherwise attend the ticketed main event, potentially expanding cross-border investor networks beyond Disrupt's official programming.
- TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 will feature externally organized Side Events across San Francisco during Disrupt Week.
- KOTRA and WayFounder are hosting events connecting Korean startups with U.S. investors and founders.
- Enterprise Ireland returns with its 'Irish Shark Tank' event, while SafetyWing and Descope are also listed as new hosts.
