GoKawiilMeta discounts refurbished Quest 3S to $255.99 via eBay coupon
Meta is selling certified refurbished Quest 3S headsets for $255.99 through its eBay storefront using the code SAVE20TECH, valid through November 8th. The units come inspected and cleaned, include original or new accessories, and carry a two-year Allstate warranty, undercutting the headset's $349.99 retail price and its recent $300 new-condition Prime Day price.
GoKawiil's interpretation of the reporting above, not reported fact.
The discount could make VR more accessible to newcomers by lowering the entry price for a standalone headset that already sits between Meta's Quest 2 and Quest 3 in capability. Pairing a refurbished sale with a multi-year warranty may also ease buyer concerns about purchasing used electronics, potentially widening Meta's addressable market ahead of the holiday shopping season.
- Refurbished Quest 3S is $255.99 with code SAVE20TECH through November 8th on eBay.
- It includes a two-year Allstate warranty and original or new accessories.
- The headset uses the same chip and passthrough cameras as Quest 3 but has Quest 2-level display quality.
Meta Quest 3S Headset — The Quest 3S is a great entry point into VR, running the same Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2 chip and full-color passthrough cameras as the pricier Quest 3. With the refurbished deal discussed in the article, it's a smart way to try mixed reality without paying full price.
