So what is the company to do as an encore? It follows up with a TV that's half the retail price and yet almost as good. As TVs like the TCL QM6 continue to advance picture quality, it makes me wonder whether we need an equivalent to Moore's Law. I'm just spitballing here, but instead of doubling the number of transistors in a CPU, it could be a doubling of LEDs in a backlight. Eggheads, look into it!
