If you’re at all interested in Apple’s services, Apple One has long been a great option for bundling them together and saving a little money. And over time, new features have continually been added to Apple’s various services. Here are the most recent ways Apple One has gotten better, and a preview of what’s coming next in iOS 26. So far this year, Apple One has benefited most from upgrades to Apple News+. While News+ seemed to struggle in its early days, Apple has steadily expanded it from a magazine-focused service into a hub for games and recipes. On the games front, just this week Apple News+ added a brand new ‘Emoji Game.’ Imagine Wordle, but with emoji instead of letters, and you get the idea. Emoji Game offers new puzzles every day to bring users back. It joins existing daily puzzle games like Crossword, Sudoku, Quartiles, and Crossword Mini. This spring, News+ also added a brand new Food section packed with tens of thousands of recipes. Recipes are beautifully designed and offer a substantially better cooking experience than what the average recipe site offers. Apple One added other noteworthy benefits earlier this year too: Apple Invites is a brand new app for event organization, and iCloud+ is required to create events Apple Fitness+ now offers multi-week programs, Strava integration, and more But there’s more coming this fall in iOS 26 and beyond. New Apple One features coming in iOS 26 Apple Music is getting an especially packed update in iOS 26, with some of its biggest changes in years. New features include: Apple Fitness+ will introduce Custom Plans in iOS 26 to make building and sticking to a workout routine easier than before. Here are the details: Custom Plans in Apple Fitness+ make it simpler than ever to follow a personalized schedule, automatically creating plans based on users’ workout and meditation preferences, including their top activities, durations, trainers, music, and more. To keep users motivated, Stay Consistent provides a premade schedule of activities that matches their current routine. With Push Further, users receive a plan that increases the time of each day’s workout sessions — or even adds another day — making it perfect for those looking to challenge themselves. For anyone new to Fitness+, Get Started provides a ready-made plan built from selected interests or popular activities, giving users a helpful starting point. Additionally, Custom Plans are now centrally located in a dedicated Plans page. Apple Arcade will benefit from the brand new Games app that’s coming to your iPhone. With the Games app, Arcade users will get convenient access to all their installed Arcade titles, the ability to browse the full Arcade library, see editorial content, and more. Most of the Games app’s features simply streamline what’s been available elsewhere, but something that’s brand new is challenges. Challenges offer a fun way to enjoy competition with your friends. Expect Apple Arcade titles to lead the way in supporting challenges, which Apple says will “turn single-player games into shared experiences with friends, giving them even more ways to rally a group, crown a winner, and have a rematch.” These are all updates to existing Apple One services. But there’s a good chance we’ll see a brand new service added in the year ahead too. Rumors indicate Apple Health+ has long been in the works, with a launch coming in a future iOS 26 update. The new service will reportedly bring an AI-powered assistant to the Health app alongside food tracking features, educational videos, and more. Apple One in iOS 26: wrap-up If you’re already an Apple TV+ subscriber, or perhaps Apple Music and iCloud+ are existing monthly payments, Apple hopes the recent and upcoming improvements to Apple One could tip you toward the bundle. The strength of bundling is always in adding more value to things you already enjoy, and that’s what Apple has been doing and looks set to push further in iOS 26.
