Thunderbolts Brought the Action to Disney’s CinemaCon Presentation

Today at Disney’s CinemaCon presentation the Mouse House unleashed Marvel Studios misfit mayhem with a new look at Thunderbolts*. The team-up film hits theaters May 2, and we already know who among the cast will be back for Avengers: Doomsday in May 2026. Starship’s “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now” is playing on the radio as Red Guardian and Bucky sit in the front seat of a white truck. They discuss the origins of their supersuits, with Guardian’s revealed to be a Russian imitation of Bucky’s authentic Hydra suit. “We’re the same. Different, but same,” Guardian says. The banter continues until you hear “Are we there yet?” from the cabin of the truck. In the cabin of the truck, out of sight, are Yelena, Ghost, and Walker. They’re also discussing suit stuff and Yelena asks Walker if he likes his hat. Walker says he calls it a helmet but, if she wants to call it a hat, that’s fine. “Okay, do you like the hat?” She asks.
