This Star Wars Ghibli Art Show Was a Hidden Gem of Celebration Japan

All weekend at Star Wars Celebration Japan, the connection between the galaxy far, far away and its inspirational roots in Japanese media has been everywhere. But perhaps one of the most joyful celebrations of that connection was tucked away among the hustle and bustle of the show floor. At the back side of a special anime and manga pavilion on the Celebration show floor, primarily dedicated to displays of concept art and props from the first two volumes of Star Wars Visions, a whole wall of art invited congoers to see a special mashup gallery merging the worlds of Studio Ghibli and Star Wars.
