iOS 26 looks set to greatly expand the ringtone options for the iPhone. A previous beta included one remixed version of the default Reflection ringtone, but now iOS 26 beta 6 has added another five brand new alternatives.
iOS 26 now offers six alternate versions of default ringtone
In earlier beta versions of iOS 26, Apple included a single new ringtone for users. It was labeled ‘Alt 1’ under the default Reflection ringtone.
Now, that new option has been given a proper name: Reflected.
But more significant than that, it’s been joined by five brand new alternate takes on the default ringtone.
In iOS 26 beta 6, the Settings app includes a total of seven options for the default Reflection ringtone.
Those options are:
Default
Buoyant
Dreamer
Pond
Pop
Reflected
Surge
You can listen to all the new options below:
Default is the only carryover from iOS 18. It remains unchanged from the standard tune iPhone users are very familiar with.
Reflected was available in prior betas, under the ‘Alt 1’ name, and now it’s joined by Buoyant, Dreamer, Pond, Pop, and Surge.
These additions arrive alongside several big changes coming to Apple’s Phone app in iOS 26, which you can read about here.
