We are now in 2025, and there are so many MagSafe battery packs out there. Some are multifunctional, others have software touches, some can charge your phone fast, and they all have differentiators to help you decide. But sometimes you just want a beautiful-looking MagSafe battery pack that does all the main things great, while also looking slim, sleek, and stylish. That is precisely what Pitaka was able to do with their new aramid fiber magnetic power bank. Here is what you should know.

Be sure to check out our hands-on video to see the battery pack in action below.

First impressions

If you have ever used a Pitaka product, then you will know they are known for making ultra-slim accessories while still being rigid and protective. They accomplish this by using an Aramid fiber weave as the base for most (if not all) of their accessories. I have used their cases since the iPhone X and have always loved what they offer. Their classic case for iPhone is the fantastic blend of thin, lightweight but also protective and they manage to add Magsafe magnets on there for extra magnetic strength.

Their new MagSafe battery packs follow the same design language. They’re wrapped in Pitaka’s signature aramid fiber, perfectly matching their cases. The texture is soft but still grippy, and the rose gold aluminum trim gives it the right amount of contrast. When it comes to packaging, it was also ultra minimal, bringing just the battery pack itself.
