When to watch the Raiders vs. Patriots
Sunday, Sept. 7, at 1 p.m. PT (10 a.m. ET).
Where to watch
The Raiders-Patriots game will air on CBS.
It's the first game for Pete Carroll in Las Vegas and Mike Vrabel in New England. Vrabel takes over a Patriots team hoping to see a leap from second-year quarterback Drake Maye, while Carroll turned to Geno Smith to lead the Raiders offense after the two spent a few years together in Seattle.
Both teams are coming off disappointing 4-13 seasons and looking for a quick turnaround to get back into the AFC playoffs.
The Raiders and Pats kick off in Foxborough, Massachusetts, on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET (10 a.m. PT) on CBS. Here's how you can watch or stream it live, even if the game isn't available on your local CBS channel.
The game will be shown on TV in the Las Vegas and Boston areas (according to 506 Sports) and on live TV streaming services, but there may be cases where you're blocked because of an internet location glitch. There is an option that doesn't require subscribing to something like NFL Sunday Ticket or NFL Plus or searching the internet for a sketchy website: You can use a virtual private network.
Here's how you can watch the game from anywhere in the US with a VPN.
