According to World of Reel, filming has officially begun on Brad Bird’s passion project, the sci-fi noir Ray Gunn.

Zero K

Deadline reports Caleb Landry Jones, Peter Sarsgaard, and Andrea Riseborough are attached to star in Zero K, a film adaptation of the novel by Don DeLillo. The story follows “a young man drawn into the designs of his tech-billionaire father, landing in a remote desert compound where the wealthy seek to extend human limits through cryonics and radical science. The woman who binds these two estranged men submits to the project with mixed emotions, as they all face challenges linking love, life, and death.”

The Brave and the Bold

During a recent interview with IGN, James Gunn answered that “some things have changed,” regarding Damien Wayne’s “parentage” when asked about Bruce’s potential age compared to Damien’s in The Brave and the Bold.

No, I think you have to wait to see the movie. Some things have changed. Plenty of things are in flux on what his situation is with his parentage and all that stuff, so I wouldn’t take any of it – Yeah, I mean, the actor who wants to… Listen, first of all, I can’t tell you the amount of big actors that have told me they want to be Batman. I think you’d have a harder time finding actors who don’t want to be Batman. He’s the one character everyone wants to play. That’s the truth.
