For the second time in a few months, Apple will host a Reddit AMA with someone in character from an Apple TV show. This time, it’s Carol Sturka, played by Rhea Seehorn on Pluribus. Here’s how to join in.

A few months ago, the Apple TV subreddit hosted an AMA session with Slow Horses actor Christopher Chung, while he was in character as Roddy Ho, the character he plays in the show.

Now, the subreddit will host an AMA with a similar idea, featuring Pluribus’ Rhea Seehorn as “Carol Sturka, author of Bloodsong of Wycaro.”

Here’s her official invitation to the AMA session:

I’m Carol Sturka, author of Bloodsong of Wycaro. Ask Me Anything. Ahoy! Hello everyone, Carol Sturka here. I just finished my book tour for Bloodsong of Wycaro and my manager is strongly encouraging me to do this Reddit AMA. I’ve been loving all your reactions to the book, especially the passionate takes on Raban! If you haven’t read it yet, check out one of my favorite excerpts here: https://books.apple.com/us/book/bloodsong-of-wycaro/id6754341665 I’ll be back on Friday, November 21st, at 9 am PT to answer all your burning questions. Till then, fair skies and purple sands…

Just a few days ago, Apple released a free chapter from the fictional book Bloodsong of Wycaro as part of its campaign to promote the new show, and you can download it here.

This will be the first Apple-promoted AMA since the company gave up on hosting a session with Apple Music Product Manager Adam Silver last month.

At the time, Apple didn’t give a reason for the change of plans, but said that the AMA would happen “next month”. So far, a new date hasn’t been announced.

In any case, if you have a burning question for author Carol Sturka, make sure to get yours in ahead of the session, which is scheduled to start at 9 a.m. PT on Friday, November 21. Redditors have already submitted hundreds of questions, so make yours count.
