If a new phone, tablet, or smartwatch feels out of reach, you may want to check out this Verizon deal: Trade in select phones from brands like Apple, Google, Motorola, or Samsung, while being a new or existing customer of the provider's myPlans, and receive a free iPhone Pro, iPad, and Apple Watch.

That's right: All three devices are free.

The fine print, of course, is that you'll have to pay for a service plan for the iPad and Apple Watch along with the phone. But that's still thousands of dollars worth of tech for free.

More details: You will be locked in a 3-year contract, as the devices will be paid out monthly for 26 months. Some people don't like that type of commitment, and that's understandable.

You will also have to pay sales tax for the devices and pay for your new Verizon plan. Therefore, it's up to you to decide whether the new devices are worth these fees.
