Traffic Engineering Inc. is wrong on many topics, but it’s absolutely right on this one. Planner vs. Engineer is a well-known professional rivalry in the infrastructure world. The arguments are sometimes friendly, sometimes hostile, sometimes about important issues, sometimes insignificant.
