Apple TV has published an interesting behind-the-scenes look at the making of Pluribus season one, including short roundtable discussions about the show’s concept. Watch it below.

’Pluribus means, I believe, of many’

Just as Pluribus wrapped up its first season, Apple TV released an interesting video on its YouTube channel featuring interviews with the cast and crew of the show.

The video features behind-the-scenes footage from multiple scenes in season one, along with production tidbits such as the construction of Carol’s neighborhood and Air Force One. It also shows how locations were chosen to stand in for the many countries portrayed across the episodes, and the choreography involved in striking the right tone with the “Others,” among other details.

It also features the moment when Vince Gilligan (Better Call Saul, Breaking Bad) first told Rhea Seehorn (who plays Carol), Karolyna Wydra (who plays Zosia), and Carlos-Manuel Vesga (who plays Manousos) that the show would be called Pluribus, and what it meant.

Of course, the video is filled with spoilers from season one, so be sure to have watched all nine episodes before pressing play if you don’t want any details spoiled.
