The mobile giant experienced a massive nationwide service outage this week, and it’s offering a small refund that can be redeemed on the Verizon app. If you are Verizon customer, like me, you’ve probably been scrambling to make phone calls, send texts, and get online since Wednesday, due to a massive nationwide service outage.
