RC now available for watchOS 26.4, visionOS 26.4, and more ahead of public launch
The beta cycle for Apple’s forthcoming 26.4 software updates is drawing to a close.
Apple has just shipped RC versions for tvOS 26.4, watchOS 26.4, visionOS 26.4, HomePod 26.4, and more.
Recently, the 26.4 cycle has offered few changes with each new beta outside of bug fixes and performance improvements.
That’s largely what’s expected today too. Apple’s latest builds are likely to focus on under-the-hood improvements so that 26.4 is ready to ship to all users.
That said, RC builds do sometimes come with a few surprises—especially when Apple includes release notes.
As much as beta testers try to find new features, software changes can sometimes go unnoticed until Apple’s release notes highlight them.
We might see updated RC builds ship later this week if Apple uncovers any new bugs in today’s releases. But otherwise, the public launches for tvOS 26.4, watchOS 26.4, and more are likely to arrive in the next week or so.
