Why This Matters

Apple is refining Apple Card in iOS 27 with tools that help users track and anticipate recurring charges directly within Wallet, reducing reliance on third-party subscription-tracking services that require sharing financial data. The redesigned Apple Pay checkout also improves clarity for everyday purchases, reflecting Apple's broader push to make its financial services more transparent and self-contained.

Apple Card gets even better in iOS 27, with new features like a recurring transactions section to help you stay on top of regular charges. Here’s what’s new.

#2: Notifications for upcoming charges

Related to the new recurring transactions feature, iOS 27 adds a new type of notifications you can choose to enable or disable.

When viewing your Apple Card, tap the ‘Notifications’ option inside the three-dot menu and you’ll see an addition: ‘Upcoming Transactions.’
