The Garden will be rocking tonight for Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals. With the top two seeds eliminated in the East, the No. 3 New York Knicks have home court advantage in their matchup against the No. 4 Cleveland Cavaliers. The Knicks are four games away from reaching the NBA Finals for the first time since 1999. And as any Knicks fan can tell you, their last championship occurred way back in 1973. Game 1 tips off in New York tonight at 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. PT) on ESPN.
In the West, the top two seeds are facing off, with the defending champion and top-seeded Oklahoma City Thunder taking on the No. 2 San Antonio Spurs. If last night's double-overtime thriller is any indication, we're in for a treat. The Spurs stole game 1 on the road behind a stunning performance by Victor Wembanyama. The 7-foot-4-inch center poured in 41 points, grabbed 24 rebounds and blocked three shots to lead the Spurs. The Western Conference finals are being shown on NBC and Peacock.
