The U.K. takes aim at a nightly ritual practiced by millions of teens

The proposal follows the country’s planned ban on social media for children under 16 and introduces a new approach toward older teenagers. Total social media bans for young people are popping up around the world, but a new policy out of the U.K. is taking a different approach for older teenagers.
