GoKawiilMicrosoft’s latest Edge Canary build has added new flags for signing in to the browser with an Apple Account, while Microsoft’s release notes indicate the feature is also rolling out to Edge Beta users. Here are the details.
Microsoft Edge may soon support Apple Account sign in
As spotted by Tecnoblog (via MacMagazine), user Leopeva64 on X has noticed that Microsoft’s latest Edge Canary build adds two new flags related to Apple Account sign-in support.
In Edge Canary for desktop there are a couple of new flags to enable support for signing in with an Apple account. According to Leopeva64, one flag enables Apple Account sign-in for Edge profiles, while the other adds an Apple sign-in button to the profile menu, similar to the Google Account sign-in option Microsoft introduced previously.
