TL;DR Pixel Weather is getting subtle upgrades, including a new icon, right after the Pixel 11 launch.

The AI weather summary is now called Weather Brief, while the app tells you the last time it updated the weather.

Along with these changes, Pixel Weather may add a new label to notify you when it is set as a screensaver and the phone is being charged in Extreme Charging Mode. Google added the Extreme Charging Mode to the Pixel 11 series. While it doesn’t make the phones charge any faster (in terms of peak speeds) than the previous models, it ensures that all the power from a charger is focused on getting your phone charged first. That way, the Pixel 11 could effectively get a quicker battery boost, even though we have yet to test that and quantify the findings.
