Ergonomic chairs with support in the right places can make your day a lot more comfortable. The catch, unfortunately, is that no one sits in the exact same position the whole time. We lean forward to type, then recline to think for a second, then lean forward again, push back to stretch, and so much more. Meanwhile, you’re continuously trying to find the perfect position again.
Most ergonomic chairs offer manual adjustments for multiple focus areas, with each needing its own changes. However, Sihoo treats every shift as one continuous motion and manages everything automatically. The Sihoo Doro C300 Pro V2 is one of the first full-body adaptive ergonomic chairs, built around a system that tracks your head, back, lumbar area, and arms as a group. Sihoo has been in the ergonomic chair business for 15 years, and the Doro C300 Pro V2 is its latest. Here’s what you need to know.
DynaCore and SyncroFlex: tracking your body as a whole
Sihoo
The Sihoo Doro C300 Pro V2’s DynaCore system keeps it all running. It uses real-time gravity sensing to track how your body is moving and coordinates the head, lumbar, back, and arm supports so they respond together. When you shift position, all four zones adjust at roughly the same time, so you don’t end up with support in one area and a gap in another. The system is also linked to the armrests, and everything runs without any manual input.
While DynaCore handles the chair coordination as a whole, the SyncroFlex system focuses on the backrest itself. It uses a dual-spring, dual-track structure that reads your spine curvature and lets the backrest glide along with it as you move. The chair conforms to your body as soon as you sit down – no manual setting adjustments required – and the lumbar support slides with your center of gravity to maintain contact through the recline.

The biggest advantage of the SyncroFlex is when multiple people use the same chair. The ideal setup for one person rarely works for another. But because the Sihoo Doro C300 Pro V2 reads spine curvature on the fly rather than relying on presets, the same chair works for everyone.
