GoKawiilUncle Clifford will be turning the lights back on at The Pynk, because P-Valley season 3 is due to arrive on Starz in December. Created by Katori Hall, the popular drama has been absent from TV screens since season 2 ended its run in summer 2022, leaving fans to wonder about the fate of the Chucalissa strip club and its colorful characters, like Nicco Annan’s Uncle Clifford, Mercedes (Brandee Evans), Keyshawn (Shannon Thornton) and Lil’ Murda (J. Alphonse Nicholson). The first two episodes of the new season will debut on Friday, Dec. 4.
A finale cliffhanger at the end of the last season saw Tyler Lepley’s Diamond stuck in a car trunk as part of a gang’s revenge plan. Since then, fans have joked about whether he’s still alive due to the show’s lengthy hiatus. It’s unclear whether Lepley and co-star Miracle Watts, who played Big Bone, are returning in season 3. Meanwhile, Keyshawn’s failed attempt to escape her abuser led to a sad turn of events where she wound up in jail. The series will pick up where it left off and take viewers through to the conclusion of this story in this final season.

Hall, who is the showrunner and creator, penned a heartfelt letter to fans, acknowledging the time it took to bring P-Valley from its roots as a stage play to its curtain call on Starz.
“Adapting my play into three seasons of television over the past decade has been the ride of a lifetime, filled with massive highs and lows that echo the ever-changing TV landscape,” Hall wrote. “The rarest honor a showrunner can have in today’s industry is to end a series on her own terms. This is why I chose to say goodbye with grace, grit and glitter, lowering the curtain on P-Valley at season 3 with a farewell y’all truly deserve.”
Season 3 also features Gail Bean, Harriett D. Foy, Psalms Salazar, Morocco Omari, Dominic DeVore, Jordan M. Cox, Thomas Q. Jones and Loretta Devine among the cast. The first two seasons of P-Valley are available to binge-watch on Starz.
