What if your carrier perk was something you actually wanted? That would be a refreshing change of pace for T-Mobile, which has spent the past year frustrating longtime customers and then trying to win back some of that goodwill with revamped offerings. Now, it may have another olive branch in the works: New internal codes suggest T-Mobile could be preparing a “pick your perk” offer with choices ranging from Apple Music and YouTube to Xbox Game Pass and Google AI.
According to The Mobile Report, an anonymous T-Mobile employee spotted eight new account-level SOC codes in the carrier’s systems. These codes are internal identifiers for plans, add-ons, and other account features, and most of the newly discovered ones end in “OUA,” which the report believes could mean “On Us Add-on.”
The potential perks cover a wide range of services. Apple Music, YouTube, SiriusXM, Paramount Plus, ESPN Plus, Xbox Game Pass, Google AI, and DashPass all appear in the newly discovered codes.

That would be a notable expansion from T-Mobile’s current perk lineup. The carrier already offers benefits such as Netflix, Apple TV Plus, and Hulu on select plans, but this leak suggests it could move toward something far more flexible.
