Health tech provider Withings launched its FDA-cleared BPM Vision on Wednesday. The device, which costs $150 on Withings' website, measures blood pressure at home easily and accurately, aiming to make hypertension monitoring more accessible for regular use.
BPM Vision offers clinical-grade results and intuitive instructions that guide users through a blood pressure reading. The device takes three measurements (per doctors' recommendations) for an accurate reading. The device includes a high-resolution display for easy reading and color-coded results. These readings auto-sync with the Withings app, where users can track their health data over time and bring it to their doctor for consultation. BPM Vision can track and store up to eight users' blood pressure data in the app and on the device.
