New FDA-cleared blood pressure monitor delivers medical grade results at home

Health tech provider Withings launched its FDA-cleared BPM Vision on Wednesday. The device, which costs $150 on Withings' website, measures blood pressure at home easily and accurately, aiming to make hypertension monitoring more accessible for regular use. BPM Vision offers clinical-grade results and intuitive instructions that guide users through a blood pressure reading. The device takes three measurements (per doctors' recommendations) for an accurate reading. The device includes a high-resolution display for easy reading and color-coded results. These readings auto-sync with the Withings app, where users can track their health data over time and bring it to their doctor for consultation.
