Adobe launches MCP app bringing Photoshop, Firefly and 70+ tools into Slack

Adobe has released an Adobe for Slack MCP app that connects Slackbot to more than 70 creative and productivity tools, including Photoshop, Firefly, Acrobat, Premiere, Illustrator and InDesign. The integration lets teams generate, edit and search creative assets directly inside Slack conversations, using context from messages, files and channels to trigger the right Adobe tool. It is available now to Slack Business+ and Enterprise+ customers globally, with basic use possible without an Adobe account and full features unlocked by signing in.

Google launches AI design tool Google Pics inside Workspace

Google introduced Google Pics, an AI-powered image creation and editing tool built on its Nano Banana model, rolling out to Workspace business customers and Google AI Pro/Ultra subscribers. Rather than offering design templates or a creator marketplace like Canva, the tool lets users generate and edit visuals like posters and social posts through text prompts, with features for object isolation, text editing, and collaborative multi-version generation.
