A Brazilian labor court in Parauapebas, Pará found that two law firms embedded hidden white-on-white text in a court petition instructing any AI system to respond superficially and avoid challenging the filing's claims. The court's Galileu AI tool detected the concealed text, and judges fined the firms 10% of the R$842,000 claim, roughly $16,000, for violating good-faith procedural duties under Brazil's Civil Procedure Code.
