Stripe developed an internal tool called Harbor that lets its teams prototype software using an AI agent. According to Stripe, the tool compiles prototypes directly in the browser as the agent works.
Langdock, a Berlin-based enterprise AI platform serving roughly 13,000 organisations, has dismantled its US holding company and reorganised into a Societas Europaea registered in Germany. The switch, which began in early 2026 and cost several million euros, reverses the common practice among European startups of setting up US parent entities to attract investors.

Hoomanely, a Palo Alto startup, has developed a sensor-equipped feeding station called EverBowl that tracks a dog's eating speed, water intake, chewing sounds, facial thermals, and oral movements. An AI platform analyzes this data to build a personalized health baseline for each dog, flagging owners through an app when behavior deviates in ways that could signal illness. The company says the system was refined over an 18-month beta test that collected roughly 5 million data points.
Nvidia has been negotiating to buy Hugging Face, the open-source AI model-sharing platform, in a deal that would value the startup at more than $13 billion, according to a person familiar with the matter. No agreement has been reached and talks could still collapse. Microsoft had also explored a deal with Hugging Face but those discussions are no longer active.
